Shipping

 

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 7-10 business days to be delivered. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase once your order is shipped..

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

Pursue Eden isn’t responsible for any packages once they are shipped. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, contact USPS. 

Pursue Eden  does not assume responsibility for packages once shipped.

If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office.

PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS COMPLETE AND CORRECT. BE SURE TO INCLUDE APARTMENT NUMBERS, CORRECT ZIPCODE, ETC.

Any packages returned to Pursue Eden because of incorrect address can be resent, but the customer has to pay the shipping again.

If an order is placed on a national holiday, or after 1 p.m. EST on Friday, or on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) it will be shipped the following business day.

BUSINESS DAYS/ HOURS : M-Th (9AM-3PM), F (9AM-1PM), Sat-Sun (CLOSED)

 



Returns/ Exchanges

No returns or exchanges. All sales final!

Except in special cases listed:

-Customer receives incorrect merchandise.

Returns: All items must be returned to Pursue Eden. Within 5 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in the packaging with all tags/packaging still in tact. If an item is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent, it will be denied.

Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $9.00, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNS MUST BE COVERED BY THE CUSTOMER.
